Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. Large orders may take slightly longer; however, if there is a delay you will be contacted via email.
Cancelling Orders
Orders may be cancelled only on the day the order is made. As each bandana is custom made and will be handcrafted the day following order placement, orders may not be cancelled after this time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. A surcharge of $.30 will be retained from the total amount of refund due in order to cover PayPal processing fees.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons, no returns or exchanges please.
Product Availability
If you place an order and the item has subsequently sold out, we will notify you via email and do our utmost to fill your order or offer a similar product. If we are unable to fill your order to your satisfaction we will provide a refund in this instance only. We will do our best to ensure that our website is up to date to reflect any items that are low in inventory. Thank you for your cooperation should this situation occur.
GST / PST / HST
We will not be charging or collecting any sales tax at this time.
Privacy Policy
Pampered Pet Bandanas will NEVER sell, lend, or give out your information to anyone. We regard your personal information as strictly confidential and it will only be used to communicate with you as requested.
Please Note: We do not recommend leaving a bandana on your pet if he or she is unattended.
